Tips for a better result

♦ Wear something comfortable – this helps with the general sense of ease and
comfort on the healing table.

♦ An energetic healing often needs time to work through and integrate in your
system. You can support this process by taking it easy for a day or two after
the session, drinking a lot of water and refraining from drinking alcohol for
the first 24 hours following the session.

♦ If you have any questions whatsoever following the session about what
happened during or after the session, please do not hesitate to contact me by
