Complaints

I treat you with the utmost care.  If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with the treatment you are receiving then I invite you to come and talk to me about it.  If we cannot agree, or you have some reason for refraining from a conversation with me, you can contact the independent complaints officer at Quasir. You can also turn to the Foundation for Registration of Natural Health Professionals in Complimentary Care (TCZ, see www.rbcz.nu).
